  • Thorough analysis of client’s needs, motivations and qualifications to lease or sell property, if needed.
  • Provide a complete Opinion of Value Full Marketing Efforts – Signage, full color brochures and complete marketing packets, Broker Networks, Prospect databases, Internet advertising, and direct mail (if possible).
  • Follow-up – Monthly reports as to the status of marketing efforts, inquiries, showings, buyer/tenant feedback as needed.
  • Analyze offers, provide analysis and make recommendations.
  • Keep client informed thru the sale/lease process to closing.
  • Continuous follow-up after the transaction is completed.

Buyer/Tenant Representation

  • Thorough evaluation of client’s motivations, qualifications and needs.
  • Search:
    1. All potential listed properties.
    2. Attempt to obtain sites/spaces that are unlisted but may be available.
  • Profile each potential site per clients needs and include all available information on the property.

  • Submit Requests for Proposals and/or Letters of Intent.
  • Negotiate and close the transaction.
  • Continuous follow-up after the transaction is completed.
